Do you meter visitors?
No. Sign-ins, visitors and hosts are unlimited on every paid tier. You pay for sites, not for how busy they are — a policy some competitors reversed once lobbies got busy again.
Why does Multi-Site cost more per site?
Because it isn't a volume discount, it's a different product. Site-scoped permissions, custom roles, cross-site security, access control, Everbridge and the API only exist once you run more than one door. If you want ten sites administered as ten islands, Single Site is cheaper and we'll say so.
What does Enterprise actually include?
Everything above, without limits, plus the work: passenger screening, integrations built during your deployment, an SLA, data residency and a named contact. It's a quote because the engineering is scoped to you.
Can we start on one site and grow?
Yes, and the flows, prerequisites and visit types you build come with you. Moving to Multi-Site is a plan change, not a migration.
Is there a free tier?
No. A free tier would mean a visitor management system nobody supports guarding a door that matters. The demo is free and takes thirty minutes.
Annual or monthly?
Quotes are for annual billing. Monthly is available and costs more, which is the honest way round.
