How long does a deployment take?
A single site with standard flows is days, not quarters. Multi-site rollouts are staged site by site so the first door is live while the rest are configured.
Can we change the check-in steps ourselves?
Yes. Flows are built in the product: add a step, set its conditions, preview it, publish it. You do not file a ticket to change the order of your own sign-in.
What if we need an integration you do not have?
Tell us during the deployment. Building connectors as real requirements surface is how the platform grows — several shipped features started as one customer’s blocker.
Where does our data live?
On Microsoft Azure, in the region you require. Identities are issued and authenticated through Microsoft Entra ID.
Do you support multiple companies under one account?
Yes. Users switch companies without switching logins, and roles are scoped per company and per site.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on sites, kiosks and the flows you need. We quote after a short call so the number reflects your actual deployment rather than a tier you have to grow into.
