Pre-registration
Invite from Outlook, Teams, desktop or phone. The visitor gets a mobile pass with the site, address and arrival window.
Visitor management · Live and deployed
Visit+ runs the whole arrival — identity, documents, badge, host, audit trail — at one door or two hundred. Configured to how your sites actually work.
Runs on Microsoft Azure. Every visitor and employee identity through Microsoft Entra ID.

Built on and into
The arrival, end to end
Security doesn’t start at the front door. It starts before anyone walks through it. Most tools cover the sign-in screen and hand back the hard parts — Visit+ runs the whole sequence, from invitation to audit record, so nothing depends on whoever is at the desk.
Invite from Outlook, Teams, desktop or phone. The visitor gets a mobile pass with the site, address and arrival window.
OTP, facial match or fingerprint — set per site, per visit type, based on what that door needs.
NDAs, insurance certificates, safety orientation, PPE acknowledgement and watchlist checks — all resolved before arrival.
QR scan, photo badge printed on the spot, access-control doors provisioned automatically.
Push, Teams, SMS or email the second they check in, with one-tap acknowledgement and escalation.
Check-in, check-out, signature and permission change, logged immutably and exportable.
Guided tour

At the door
Everything upstream — the invitation, the identity check, the signed agreement — exists so that this moment is short. The visitor confirms who they are, the badge issues, the host already knows they've arrived.

Where we're different
We keep Visit+ deliberately cookie-cutter, because a predictable platform is a secure one. Then we do the part most vendors won't: we build to your flow when your flow is the thing that can't move.
If your contractors sign in at a gatehouse before a badge office before a plant door, we configure that sequence. We don't ask the site to reorganize around the software.
An access control panel, an HR system, a ticketing queue nobody has heard of. When a real requirement appears in a deployment, we build the connector — in the deployment, not in a future roadmap quarter.
New capabilities come out of live sites. Passenger screening for cruise came from a customer problem, not a market study. That is how the platform grows.
Every person at the door
One mobile pass with the site, address and window. Documents signed the night before. No clipboard, no front-desk form, no awkward ID moment.
Pre-register once; the platform handles identity, documents and the notification. Acknowledge in one tap.
Visit types, approval routing and kiosk branding configured per site, managed from one organization.
Silent watchlist alerts, VIP arrivals, expiries and policy flags resolve before a badge prints — without interrupting the visitor.
High-consequence environments
Pre-registered guests, agreements signed before arrival, host notifications that keep the lobby moving.
Safety orientation, acknowledgements and contractor sign-in tracked per site and per shift.
Compliance documentation, approvals and audit-ready records for visitors, vendors and contractors.
Campus and building-level sign-in, host notifications for staff, identity checks for everyone else.
Role-based access, full activity trails and identity verification built for facilities that get audited.
Passenger screening built for voyages — manifest management, batch checks and boarding. See what we're building
System connectivity
Cardholder import and access-zone tracking, so a checked-in visitor is granted exactly the doors their visit allows — and loses them at check-out.
Arrival alerts, host reminders and visitor passes delivered by SMS or email — through your own account and your own sender identity.
Hosts and admins sign in with the identity they already have. Mail and calendar run through your tenant, not a third-party relay.
Live visitor presence feeds mass notification and evacuation roll-call — so the count includes everyone on site, not just employees.

Connectors are configured per company, with your own credentials — nothing routes through us that doesn't have to. Access control, HR and ticketing systems are where most requests land; that's usually the start of a conversation, not the end of one.
Security operations
Security teams don't administer buildings — they watch them. The SOC Dashboard is a console for exactly that: who is on site across the estate, where they've moved, and what needs attention now. Available on its own, without running a single door.

Security posture
You have a duty of care to everyone inside your buildings. Meeting it means being able to show — not assert — who was there, what they agreed to, and who let them in. Here is how that holds up.
